TH-5315S is suitable for comprehensive inspection tests of insertion and extraction force, elasticity, resistance conduction for connectors, screens, notebooks, and whole-panel switches. It has accurate positioning and good repeatability, avoiding the impact on test results due to inaccurate alignment caused by personnel fatigue. Multiple product models can be stored, facilitating multi-model testing. There is an NG alert function to mark the positions of NG products. The barcode import function can be purchased, supporting MES data upload and export. All three axes adopt TBI ball screws from Taiwan, with high precision and long service life. The motors use Japanese Panasonic servo motors. The software has a Chinese interface that is easy to operate, and can store all reports and generate force curve graphs.

1. Supports both manual and automatic operation modes:
It has all the functions of a single-axis curve instrument. In manual mode, it can measure a single or multiple key positions one by one or continuously; in automatic mode, the instrument automatically tests according to the preset coordinates, completing the test in one step and featuring a warning light reminder function, eliminating the need for manual time-wasting monitoring.
2. Supports manual coordinate input and CAD coordinate import:
Coordinates can be manually entered in any order using the joystick or coordinate movement module (suitable for fewer coordinate points or when grouping samples with different specifications); directly import the product's CAD coordinate document (the document must be converted to DXF format), one-click import, convenient and fast.
3. Test adjustment:
You can freely select the type of test force, test items, test speed, etc.;
The upper and lower limits of load and stroke can be set, and the test results will be displayed in green if they are qualified and in red if they are not;
The free grouping function allows you to group coordinates of the same specification into one group, and select different test items for coordinates of different specifications. The test results will be displayed clearly.
4. Breakpoint testing:
If the machine is in continuous testing and you pause it and then start it again, the machine will continue to measure from the key position where it was paused.
